I cannot say enough good things about the service department at Price Ford. Eric in the service department went out of his way to communicate with me about a recent issue with my Ford Explorer. He was extrememly gracious with a misunderstanding on my part! Rob Palmer created a solution for a part that needed to be replaced that exceeded my expectations. I have been impressed to experience the great customer service but I was excited to hear from Shane a recent hire there at Price Ford that this trend of caring for people extends to the employees.
Price Ford made all the warranty arrangements along with valet pick up/return. Very pleased.

Called re: maintenance on my F150. A woman named Robbin answered with no sense of friendliness. It felt as tho she was annoyed of the phone. I told her I why I called. Price Ford is my go to maintenance mechanics shop. I’ve always had a positive experience and received great customer service. Everyone is professional and courteous. Not to mention genuinely friendly. People there obviously enjoy their work and appreciate their jobs.

Sloppy. I used to own a log truck, I know what it takes to do a good job of lube and oil change. I now have a large puddle of oil in front of my garage and I'm glad I didn't park in my garage.

We bought a vehicle in August and weeks later a minor oil leak occurred around a seal. We took in it since we have the FULL SERVICE WARRANTY for 2 years. Apparantly, that seal wasn't covered, so we paid another few hundred. Then the seal popped out again on the way home. They came out and fixed it a few days later. Price Lincoln/Ford is a 120 mile round-trip for me. Obviously I don't go there for the convenience. I there go for the competence and commitment: Great sales and reliable service delivered with cordiality. Dependability is key, so when they give you a time estimate you can count in it. I was in a quandary in solving an ignition problem with my 2011 Escape. After going through a few mechanics, a lock smith, and a u tube video on changing out the lock cylinder and housing, I was unable to get back to the lock smith due to the communication tower being down for about four days, no cell phone no Internet. Needed a battery for my Ford Focus, which has an unusual size. They said they had it and come on in. Took about 30 minutes and they also cleared a recall item.
Best price. Most complete service. Friendly people. You can't do better than that. Oh yeah, since I can't post it where it belongs, the PAPD supports code violations and vehicular assault. The Cheif is the problem.
Martin was wonderful keeping us advised as to what was going on with our truck and he tried very hard to get the truck to us before the holiday

I got a recall notice for my vehicle and I called Price Ford for an appointment. Not only did they reply promptly, but scheduled an appointment a few days out and actually sent their mobile service to replace the items per the recall notice. I am 150% satisfied!
Bought new trucks here! I was a loyal costumer here for over 20 years. Yeah! Me dumb. They have failed repeatedly in those years. I would rather go out of town to get my trucks ( 4 trucks and have done that before! ) serviced than deal with these guys ever again! Rob get mad if you point out mistake on their part. Dave is not much better. They are not just responsive to problems. They forget they are being hired to avert problems by doing a good service and solving problems by doing repairs in a timely manner. What a great delight it was to contact Price Ford and Martin the service writer while we were traveling with our truck and camper from Maine. We had an issue with the front wheel bearings and Matin took us in and repaired our truck in short order.
