Mark has been part of the Price Ford Lincoln team from the beginning.
Originally born and raised in Iowa, Mark moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2005. Having been raised in a traditional Ford family, his first vehicle was a 1978 Ford F-150 Custom.
Mark looks forward to working directly with customers and being involved in the various departments of the dealership to ensure the best possible customer service experience.
“If I was going to provide a single piece of advice to a customer – make certain you are working with a dealership that offers complete transparency in their transactions. It eliminates the mystery and provides for a much better experience.”
A large part of Mark’s spare time is dedicated to working with members of the military. He volunteers with Salmon for Soldiers and takes veterans and active duty service members on bucket list fishing trips. “I’ve been so grateful to experience the Pacific Northwest fishing with so many local experts that have shared techniques and details. The generosity of many locals with sharing information have fast tracked the success we’ve enjoyed fishing with veterans!”
“When I first arrived from the Midwest, I found my bass fishing gear was a bit out of place on the saltwater. It’s been a steep learning curve – I remember seeing a flasher and spoon and wondering what fish would even come near this contraption?
Mark’s favorite part of the automotive business is putting together the perfect transaction for customers with credit challenges. “It’s often a bit of work – but when it all comes together, it’s so fulfilling to see someone purchase a new Ford with a 2.9% APR when they left our competition being quoted over 20% interest or simply being ignored. Our relationship with Ford Credit is like no one else in the region. We are able to negotiate on behalf of our customers and Ford Credit consistently supports our efforts.
Born and raised in an auto dealership family, Allen began at age 8 with a broom, sweeping up in the parts department. Most recently, he was the sales manager of Bozeman, Montana’s Ford dealership.
After raising their son, he and his wife began a search for a location that reminded them of the Bozeman of 30 years ago.
They found what they were looking for on the North Olympic Peninsula!
Allen brings over 30 years of automotive experience to Price Ford. His ability to provide incredible customer service and a belief that each customer deserves a completely transparent transaction are core contributors to his success.
When he’s not taking care of customers, Allen enjoys flexing his BBQ talents, listening to his vinyl collection, and taking in the sights of the Olympic Peninsula.
Allen is a welcome addition to the Price Ford Lincoln management team. His experience is invaluable in ensuring the entire staff works to treat customers like they are part of the family.
Allen’s first Ford was an early 90’s Explorer (which was an unfortunate casualty of his son learning to drive). Today, the garage is stocked with a Ford Escape and an F-150 (and his son has yet to replace the Explorer).
Stop by the showroom and swap BBQ recipes, trade wax tracks, and welcome Allen to the neighborhood!
Tim joined the team at Price Ford Lincoln in 2011 as a Sales Consultant. Since then, he’s been a leader in the showroom and when it came time to replace our Used Vehicle Manager as he headed to retirement, Tim was the obvious choice.
As the Used Vehicle Manager, Tim works daily on ensuring he is providing the best selection of used vehicles on the Peninsula. Being involved with customers on a daily basis keeps Tim apprised of what our customers are looking for, “I take notice of specific requests and work my tail off to fill those customer requests.”
Born and raised in Port Angeles, Tim is an avid Seahawks fan and is raising a son and daughter as the next generation of Seahawks fanatics. Curating his son’s Nerf gun collection, playing catcher with his daughter pitching an ever increasing fastball, or camping with friends – Tim’s off time is about friends and family.
His first car was a 1992 Ford Taurus but prefers the Ford F-150 today. (Amazing how 20 years will change your tastes!)
“It’s been an incredible experience over the past 10 years! I love being part of the original location and as we continue to expand to locations up and down the West Coast, the benefits to our customers have been amazing! Being able to trade inventory between our five locations provides a much larger selection as well as noticeable savings for our customers!”
Abigail began her career at Price Ford Lincoln in 2021. She is among the hardest workers on the showroom floor.
Her friendly and outgoing demeanor are the perfect fit to making customers feel welcome and ensuring she finds a vehicle that fits the customer’s needs AND their budget!
“Despite the fact that I can burst into song at a moment’s notice and I’m always down for a dance party – my REAL gift is the ability to listen. Customers want my advice, but it’s really only helpful after I understand how they are going to be using their next vehicle.
Originally from Anchorage, Alaska – her family moved to Port Angeles when Abigail was a toddler. She is a Port Angeles graduate where competed in track and field as well as played the viola with the high school orchestra.
Abigail is our resident trivia master and enjoys combing local beaches for agates, sea glass, and shells with her French Bulldog, “Dozer”. Coffee Fanatic, impromptu soloist, and Dog Mom are all titles she wears proudly!
“Prior to joining the Price Ford Lincoln team, I had purchased vehicles and never had an amazing experience. I set out with the goal of providing the level of customer service I felt was missing. Working with this team, that’s the supportive culture we have. It’s great to look forward to a career where I get the support needed to provide that amazing experience!”
Abigail’s first car was a 1993 Lincoln Town Car (Every kid’s dream!) “For $500, I drove it for a whole year!” but it pales in comparison to her current Escape Hybrid at over 40 mpg!
Brooklynn joined the Price Ford Lincoln team in 2021. She is a Washingtonian from day one but has traveled extensively. Scuba instruction in the Florida Keys, a barista in Baton Rouge, and nanny work in Australia have created a diverse set of experiences for her to draw on.
Brooklynn is a dog mom and when her dog, “Indiana Bones” comes to greet you, it’s like being hit by a dump truck.
“I’ve been on the Olympic Peninsula for most of my life and Price Ford feels like home. It’s local people working with local people. Everyone is like family and that shows to our customers!”
Our resident computer expert, Brooklynn stays in front of the latest vehicle technology to ensure customers are comfortable with all of the options on their vehicle. “The ability to connect Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wirelessly is a game changer for most customers. Getting them comfortable with the capabilities and how to effortlessly operate the various systems has been an amazing challenge.”
She enjoys her time in the gym, hiking the scenic trails of the Olympic Peninsula, and taking Indiana Bones to the beach.
“Ultimately, it’s a tremendous compliment to be a trusted advisor on such a large purchase. I treat customers with the professional attention they deserve and work to ensure I’m providing them with the best advice along with intelligent options for them to make an informed decision.”
Joining the Price Ford Lincoln team in 2020, Mike and his wife are raising two girls and they keep him hopping!
With a new addition born in 2022, Mike has first hand experience of what vehicles best function with car seats, what carpet and interior cleaners work best, and the importance of fuel economy.
“What I love the most about our team – from the top down, everything centers on taking care of what the customer needs”, Mike says. “We spend a bit more time gathering an understanding about how our customers intend to use their vehicles. That let’s us offer them several options of vehicles that will meet their needs and the customer chooses what fits the best.”
With Culinary Arts training, Mike enjoys his time preparing healthy meals for his growing family as well as being known as the best BBQ guy in his entire backyard! Mike spends a large part of his time outdoors; fishing with his girls, camping with the family, or hanging out around the campfire is what he looks forward to.
“I was an adult when I first started in the car business. I’ve purchased several cars before I worked here. I take a lot from those experiences when I’m working with customers. I focus on treating our customers the way I want to be treated when I’m making a major purchase decision. I work to provide customers with as many details as I can so they are armed to make the best decision for themselves.”
The bright and smiling face greeting our service customers every morning, Sarah exudes friendly customer service.
Born and raised in Port Angeles, Sarah enjoys everything about the Pacific Northwest. Hiking with her energetic son, hunting mushrooms, surfing, and even playing in the rain are all activities she looks forward to.
Sarah’s infectious smile and energy are a welcomed addition to the Price Ford Lincoln team. She enjoys working with customers and helping them navigate their maintenance needs as well as repair visits.
“Taking care of our customer’s vehicles is an important portion of the ownership experience. I really enjoy putting a smile on customer’s faces and getting them back on the road quickly.”
Taking care of our ever-growing family of customers is her forte and Sarah prides herself in ensuring she’s able to translate the customer’s concerns to the technician performing the repair to guarantee vehicles get fixed right, the first time.
